I LOVE THIS BAND.
I can’t wait to see them live!
I have so many great things to tell you about, but I’m going to start here.
Seattle-based Red Alder, Kelsie Brown’s solo project, released this track yesterday on Bandcamp. It’s a hauntingly gorgeous tune that fits nicely with winter and December and everything about this time of year. Listen for yourself below and download it for free here.

If you’re looking to have your face melted off, you might want to head on down to the EARL tonight for Ty Segall’s project, FUZZ.
Doors are at 8:30 pm, get there early for Wymyns Prysyn and CCR Headcleaner. Tickets are $10!
Check our FUZZ’s video below! Get advance tickets from Ticket Alternative until 4:30 pm otherwise get ‘em at the door.
Austin babes, Love Inks have a new record coming out tomorrow on Monofonus Press. It’s called Generation Club. It’s dreamy and gorgeous. You can stream the whole thing on SPIN if you don’t believe me. Watch the video for “Outta Sight” below.
Here’s an order LINK, you’re going to want to do that.
My listens probably make up a good bit of the play count on this stunning new tune from Kevin Morby (Woods, The Babies). “Miles, Miles, Miles” is the first single off the songwriter’s forthcoming solo debut, Harlem River. It’s set for a November 26th release on Woodsist.
There’s something about the honesty in Morby’s voice that makes this track so brilliant. That and the lyrics. You just have to listen, check it out below.
Also, check the tour dates with Cate Le Bon coming up in December. West Coast, you are so lucky. Find the dates here: http://on.fb.me/1dENsnr
I know I don’t update as often as I used to because I’m still (yes, still) adjusting to a new job, new schedule, just a whole lot of newness. Anyway, I made an 8tracks mix for the weekend. ENJOY!
